The morning scent of a weekend,
The start of a day,
Nothing to do,
Cold and pretty.

As you slowly wake up,
You get ready,
To sit back and rest,
A chill morning.

As you watch the sun come from the horizon,
It illuminates a pretty colour throughout the sky,
It's perfect. Every time.

And your pet gets on top of you, needing attention.
You and your pet watch the sky,
As it is sunrise.
