What the heck. You’ve come this far, why not do another crazy thing and end up somewhere else. It can’t be much worse than a barren field. You cautiously approach the TV. You stare at the static grin, as if waiting for something to happen, and touch the screen expecting to pass out and arrive somewhere new but instead you get a small shock. Figures, you touch the screen again and feel a surge of electricity run through your body and exit your knees and you black out. You wake up on a hard steel floor with faint explosion sounds in the distance. You’re muscles feel tense and you really don’t care where you are at this point so you lie there and rest. Not 1 minute later you hear a deep voice say “hey, newbie! Get up.” You feel a boot tap your side. The first voice talks to a second, “Is he dead?” “No, I don’t think so”. You slowly turn your head towards the voice to see 2 bulky red aliens in what looks like military uniforms staring at you. “HEY! Newbie! You’re awake!” the first says in a mockingly friendly voice. “Suit up. We need all the help we can get. Go through that door and take a left.” says the second as he helps you up. You look around, puzzled. There is a push at your back as one of the aliens says “GET A MOVE ON NEWBIE!” you follow your instructions and find a line of “newbies” in front of a door. The door periodically opens to let someone in and closes until it’s the next person’s turn. You hear someone sounding for you. Psssssssst! You look to your right and see a strange man in a cloak in a large vent motioning for you to follow him.
