Anyone can get all STDs unless they have immunity regardless of sexual orientation. It's just that the way in which gays have sexual intercourse provides a higher risk than from heterosexual intercourse. A heterosexual man can get gonnorrhea, herpes, AIDS, etc.

If somebody says "Obamacare is a communist idea", that means that they believe that it leans too much towards Communism, not that Obama is in support of turning the U.S. into a Communist regime.
