I still think 000webhost is pretty good. Free, no ads, the only bad thing is the completely out-of-the-ordinary domain names

I use freehostingnoads.com its really good and uses t15.org domains and more plus they have a online ftp so you can code your stuff right on your dsi and not even have to go on a pc to code anything.
