Green Lightning, Electrical, 70% Accuracy, Power 20, Pokemon emits an out of control Lightning Bolt(That`s why it`s green)which causes the foe to Hurt itself for 4 turns. Rare move!

sends up fire that charges for 2 turns you have a choice to charge it or not if you charge it it dubles in power in duble or triple battles this attack hits all of the oposing teams pkmn
to learn you need a pokemon that has its mouth open the whole time
in the animation
