On DSiPaint, the contents of the login .menu_section is as follows:

I propose to change the span tag to a div and remove the br tag (since the div is naturally not inline). In the end, it will become this:

<div style="font-size:12px; text-shadow:1px 0px 1px #888">Welcome, Guest.</div>
<!-- the rest of the content -->

The reason for this change is just to add whitespace since it just looks so cramped.
