Whenever I'm reading a lengthy blog and want to go down to the comments, I have to scroll a lot (like my Broken Wings story I've been postiing).

It would be helpful to have two buttons: One that goes directly to comments (preferrably at the top), and one that goes back to the top (maybe next to the Comments title?).

It should also be applied to profiles.

I implemented the fix in a copy of the source code with that name, and I'm just waiting for Hull to merge it in with the code that the site is using. As of 6 Dec 2020, it's not done yet.

So just bookmarking this for closing later.
