I see. One thing, though: changes to this site are made rather slowly, so it might take a while, especially since Hull would be the only one familiar enough with the code to do this.
However, you don't necessarily need a chatroom to talk with your friends like so. You could make a group instead, or just shoot profile comments between each other.
I guess it would be nice to have, but I'm not sure if it's worth the effort.
The biggest thing is: how many people will use it? I know of one other person who can speak Portuguese, and even then, I doubt that people would use it.
The other foreign language chatrooms are barely touched at all, so that's why I bring this up.
