I meant tell anyone I personally know. I feel more open to this community because I don't personally know any of you, and you won't judge me. I'm realy embarrased to say my ritualistic behaviors to ANYONE because everyone would be like 'that's weird...weirdo'.

I'm not wearing my OCD like a badge. It's actually really frustrating for me, but I'm too embarrased to tell anyone. OCD isn't cool...not when you have it at least. I think I'm getting better though. I've learned how to say 'no' to certain compulsions. I was trying to say in my poem that all the people who say they do, but don't actually have it, don't understand. They can turn their's off, but for most sufferers it can come at any time 24/7.
