Er, both. I have the basic idea for a tic-tac but can't really pull it off.
And I don't have the slightest idea for a wall run.

What's an effecient way to run without getting tired?

Oh, and I can get my foot on the wall while tic-tac-ing. But that's after I run at it. I get my foot on the wall and I go for the second foot but by then I'm horizontal and I fall. I'm trying to stay vertical while jumping upwards near the wall, but on my second step I try to get it up but you know, horizontal.
