Chatroom blackout

Savii Oh noes! It seems we have a problem with the chatrooms, right Blacula?

Well fellow painters, I'm writing this to tell you that I also don't know whats going on!

As you can see, Hullbreach sent a general alert explaining us the problem. The chatroom post count reached its maximum (how much?) and the counter freezed the chatrooms. The counter was reseted, and all we have to do now is log out and log back in to see the chats working again.

Thats what I did! And other members did too? I also cleaned my cookies, and still no chats!

Everytime something goes wrong the chaos happens in chatrooms, this time we have no chatrooms, but I noticed a higher blog submit rate and I'm sure other parts of the site are having a higher traffic input.

If the chats are working for you, please explain other members how to make them work, and remember that regardless of chatrooms activity the rules still apply to the whole site, in other words: don't promote chaos.

So lets be patient fellow painters and wait news from our mighty galactic emperor.

Alright, I will see who else comments on it and I'm taking it out of the featured list.

I don't think this is a minor issue, since I joined the chats have been the main visiting place of the site, even after the big features like blogs and bulletin boards.

Really? Then something else must have happened.

I'm not as active as I was a year ago, so communication is the key to know whats going on since I'm not always here to see what is happening.

I risk to say Hullbreach was messing around the database and when reseting the counter he put a small number that was eaten in this 2 day gap between the actual clean-up and the blackout.

The issue with the chatrooms is common knowledge. Anyone wondering about it just goes to the HelpDesk. Other people just ask friends. It will all be fixed in no time, so this blog was a bit unnecessary.
