All of this was patched already as of firmware version 10.4 unfortunately...

Themehax is SO USEFUL but that means no custom themes (unless you apply the payload to the custom theme yourself)

I believe there's a homebrew app (of course) which allows you to insert custom themes into themehax. Actually I think Menuhax Manager allows you to do it?

Nintendo's official memos go out to licensed developers with the Comic Sans fontface, so it seems appropriate.
