It looks like the server has been down since roughly 2:00pm GMT last Sunday. I've looked into why it went down and why none of Rackspace's alerts fired off about it. Best I can tell, the database client crashed. Since the Web server and database server were independently working, there was never an alert about one of them doing down on an individual basis. A reboot of the Web server brought everything up. I'll have to set up some additional monitoring to catch cases like this. It may be worth doing an auto-reboot of the server daily to minimize the chance of this happening, if there was some kind of build-up to it.
Since I've been so busy just about every evening lately for the kids' soccer season (which is also why I've been absent for about a month), I'm going to see if someone can assist in cases like this - just in case I'm not available. I'll check with @Skunkman.
While I have your attention, I've been thinking about finally getting back to the SDK Community mobile app next month. I want it to be more than just an app version of the websites, so I've been brainstorming some ideas to share when the time gets closer. Likely, it will be sort of a hub that interconnects HullBreach Studios projects with the core features here.
