I've been updating the 3D Photo Gallery today, as this was one of the oldest areas of the Community to not yet be updated. It is not yet finished, so work will continue tomorrow. Here's the progress so far:

* Properly sanitize titles and descriptions for images
* Properly handle blocks, bans, and unvalidated accounts
* Improved validation of submissions for comments, votes, and image details
* Updated image viewer to use new page layout and styling
* Updated image viewer so that comments are handled similarly to the Group shoutboxes
* Reorganized some of the files to make future updated easier

Once these updates are finished, I think I'm going to merge all image uploads into the same featureset so that there will be just one area to upload images. It's kind of a pain to handle them in multiple areas at the moment.

I'm still brainstorming how this would be handled, but I'm thinking the new gallery will work from all device types and display both 2D and 3D content with filtering options to see just 3D images, just 2D images, tag searching, etc. So, it would modernize the feature to be more inline with other social media platforms, but still have compatibility with older devices, like the Nintendo handhelds.
