If you believe JS should not be loaded at all while using TOR on Brave browser, you actually are able to turn it off without extensions. To do this, follow the steps below.
1. Click the 3 lines at the top-right corner.
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Privacy and Security"
4. Click "Site and Shields Settings"
5. Click "JavaScript" then disable it
I will note, many sites (even TOR sites where JS is often advised against allowing for security reasons) break with JS active. Even 3DSPaint does have some things that do not load properly as far as I can tell without JS, however I do believe most of the essential features of 3DSPaint that work do not require JavaScript to function at a basic level.
Brave's TOR is not a replacement for the actual TOR browser. If you actually needed it, use the real TOR browser (onion link) as that will probably protect you better. Thanks for reading this rather short blog, I should be making more soon!
Edit: JS-less 3DSPaint means that the blog can save however you do not get a preview. As a result, you will just need a 2nd tab if you believe that you need to preview the blog to make sure things are properly aligned.
