The person who wrote this fails to understand that some of us who struggle with these sorts of issues find expressing our darker thoughts in some form of creative media—such as poetry and song lyrics—to be therapeutic, and it helps us to deal with our problems, as well as to help garner the support of others here who care about us.

This blog—and the misguided, half thought out views expressed in it—arose as a direct result of this person reading a single message of mine on the unofficial Discord, and rather than actually thinking about the sorts of blogs that I might've been referring to in my message, they decided to purposefully misinterpret what I was saying in the worst way possible and use it as a justification for creating drama, drama that directly lead (as I now know) to a former abusive Paint admin posting this disgusting smear blog about me, in a thinly veiled attempt to get me demoted.
(An attempt which obviously succeeded, for reasons beyond my comprehension.)

This is how all propaganda works. Cherry-picked facts are isolated and used to intentionally present inherently flawed arguments; soundbites are repeated completely out-of-context and are deliberately spun in defamatory ways to cast the person who said then in the worst possible light; and insults, slurs, insinuations and implications are used to fill in the blanks, in the absence of any corroborating facts.

Wars have been started this way. Dictators have rose to power this way. Lives have been ruined this way. It is truly a shame that some people here are more than willing to resort to such vile tactics in order to achieve their aims, and it is precisely this sort of behavior that God is referring to in the ten commandments when He says to not bear false witness against your neighbor.
(It is one of the worst sins that someone can possibly commit.)
