For the past year ive been obsessed with a manga called Junket Bank, its a gambling manga about a bank that secretly hosts crazy death gambles.

The main characters are everyday normal banker Mitarai who gets transferred from his normal bank job to this crazy underground world, and Mafutsu who is a carefree gambler he becomes immediately obsessed with. many other crazy characters met along the way in the form of both bankers and gamblers.

it's ongoing and not fully translated to english, but if you know russian you're in luck, as far as fan TLs go.

there's also an official italian release, but i heard its not easy to find
