Me and @dcthegamr work very hard to recruit all the new member's we can find, and so i thought i would make a blog on the reason's why it is so important to recruit new member's and how to do so.
The reason's you need to recruit new member's are...
#1.If we don't recruit new member's then the paint community would slowly die from people moving on with there live's.
#2. Another reason why we need to recruit the newbie's is because, if they join and see that nobody is online (because nobody has added them) they will just leave the site. #3. Another reason would be that the more and more people that we recruit then the more traction this website gain's, such as people donating which would lead to advertisement which would bring even MORE people here.
#4. One other reason would be if we were to recruit more people then those people coule make website's that would grow the community to an even larger scale.
#5. The last reason for this would be the more people we recruit then the more people who would go tell their freind's and then those freind's will tell their freind's ect.
Now you might be wondering how would i recruit new member's?
Well you could start by looking at poll's, because likely the first thing new member's do is make poll's. You could also start by looking at who liked people's blog's and seeing if you find anyone new.
