"Good morning Lauren, you're up five minutes late." Roseberg said sternly.
"And? You can't kill me for it. You need me." Lauren retorted with a smug smile.
"Oh honey, we can make you experience things WAY worse than death. Trust me" Rosenberg responded. Lauren rolled her eyes at him as they walked to the Ellipse room. There was the fabled pod with wires surrounding it
"Now get in the pod Lauren." Dr. Rosenberg snarled.
"What if I dont want to?" Lauren sarcastically asked.
"Then I suppose we'll take one of your arms." Dr. Rosenberg grew a large grin.
Lauren quickly got into the pod and buckled everything up to go back into the hellscape known as "The Ellipse".
"Welcome back!" the AI based voice that comes on everytime she enters says. "You will be put into Ellipse number 3722." the AI states.
"Great this is the world where I lost my friends." Lauren thinks to herself.
As she enters the scape there are two corpses laying at her feet. Lauren breaks out into tears and hopes that Rosenberg dies in a very painful manor. Of course the two corpses at her feet are her friends. Tyrone was easier to look at, the bullethole through the side of his head, parts of his skull and brain scattering the floor.
Maddy though.....Looked as though something had ate her...From the inside out....It was disturbing beyond describing. She slumped to her knees and clutched her head. Simply doing all she could at this very moment. Scream. Scream and cry.
It was a release of emotions that she needed. But unfortunately for her it wasn't going to be enough.
All she wanted was comfort. She wanted her older brother Tyrone to put his hand on her shoulder and tell her everything was okay....But....Things aren't okay..
Lauren felt a sudden touch that made her jump slightly. She quickly turned around and saw....
TYRONE?!
"Everything is going to be okay..." He said gently.
Lauren was too shocked and overridden by emotion to say. So she didn't, she threw her arms around Tyrone. Even though they had their differences, she still loves him.
(After he abandoned her and let Ellipse capture her the FIRST time.)
Oh yes, there was a first time.
