My Journey Of Change

In shadows cast by choices made,
I wander through the guilt and shade.
A heart once bitter, now seeks the light,
A flicker in the endless night.

I’ve stumbled down a path of pride,
With bitter truths I try to hide.
Yet in the rubble, hope still gleams,
A whisper born from broken dreams.

I face the mirror, pain laid bare,
Each crack a story, each scar a dare.
I’m learning now to bear the weight,
To forge a path, to change my fate.

The road is rough, the steps unsure,
But with each breath, I long for more.
For in this struggle, growth begins,
A battle fought against my sins.
