I never finished writing my early story of Voice of the Storms, but I have nearly finished the canon history! The reason I am writing this is for anyone who is still interested in VotS; and if you searched and found this good! I have some spoilers and insane twists to elaborate on!
On the writings themselves.
The events of Creation are completely canon, despite how badly written it was.
The events of The Stones and Forthcoming are mostly canon, the details of fights and assassinations are not completely known, the names of Groemins two generals are actually not known but Armen is one of the possible names of the Lady of Anderria (which is another title that I never used).
The events of Uprising are more of a poetic story written from the point of view of a couple side characters, that I failed to write into the story, who witnessed most of the events, what is canon is the Battle of Atron and the Battle of Rubalia, the kidnapping of Lithia is also confirmed to be canon.
So, certain events can have imagination in them, Armen never canonically had a love interest, and Krel was not so evil.
On the characters. (this is written as if it were written in Undrael as history)
Arkin is the most known about of the early rulers. He was the Kind of Saphaeria, later King of Ryuusaria after the First War of Undrael. He married Queen Lithia after the Second Storm. His relationship with Lithia was quite good, he remained loyal through all of his days, though there is one incident where Lithia expected him of infidelity, but he was later proven innocent; the couple bore one child after the Second War of Undrael. At the end of the Second War of Undrael Arkin was exiled to the new lands in the north-west, he never knew the name of his child.
He had light-brown hair, he was 6'1", he had a well shaven beard; Arkin often secluded himself in the mountains to meditate, which was even more prevalent in his life leading up to the Second War of Undrael.
He had mastered what they called The Spirit of the Storm, or The Storm, and he taught the major details of it to his close companions, including Lithia and Armen.
Lithia is often considered the first to actually use the power of The Storm. She was the Queen of Rubalia, and later the Queen and co-ruler of Ryuusaria with Arkin. Despite her great achievements and prevalent fame, she remained humble though her days. She is known to have collaborated with the lowest classes and brought prosperity to all corners of her Kingdom. She was always calm and content, even when she was under much stress. She writes about falling in love with Arkin in great detail in her diaries. After she gave birth to her child she was separated from Arkin and remained on the main land to govern the people there and expand the College of Healing that she had started. She named the child after Arkin and herself, in a way that is lost to our modern languages; the name is widely debated but some likely names are, Etherira, Eve(likely translation, they probably would have never called her this), Aivthen, and Armen.
Lithia was 6'0", had red hair, and was notable for having red eyes as well; she had an apparent love for flowers and often used them to represent people in her life and events.
Armen is the most mysterious of all the rulers. Her name is widely debated, but the two most accepted names are, Armen, and Ashryn. Her parents are not written about anywhere, but some theorize that they were a half-elf farmer and his human wife, but that has never been proven. She was a master strategist but was often ambitious. She is credited with writing mysterious prophecies about herself coming from a "place that has not", she writes about how she used the Storm to send herself to Undrael and help in defeated the Dreadlords of Aftergone; the community is slpit on why she would write this, some say it was so she could further her own personal gain, but others note that she was selfless and wanted to unite the kingdoms. There is a theory that some of her prophecies did come true, and some are yet to happen, proponents of this theory point to the Second War of Undrael where invaders from an unknown land sacked half of Undrael and nearly brought its inhabitants to destruction until Armen led an army and drove them away at the Battle of the Fourth Storm.
She had brown hair, was 5'11", spoke in various tongues, and had had a limp in her left leg; she is often revered in the modern world as a precursor to the Chosen One.
Krel is always painted more evil than he actually was. He was more of a rebel leader than a king, but he lead the people of Fellrun (often Fellrune) and kept to old traditions of nomadic life. His interests clashed with the three rulers of Atron, but he never wanted to destroy them. His motivation was to return to the old ways of the Atroniae, a nomadic people who are considered to be the first civilization. He wrote very little, but he did write about how dragons should be kept under control and kept in the mountains, he also wrote about his admiration for Armen and often complimented her strengths with passion.
He had dark black hair, a rough mustache, he was 5'10", and he had many scars from his naturalistic lifestyle.
On to what I haven't written but is canon. (OOC)
So, the story goes that after Krel is subjugated and returns to his peaceful life invaders assault the lands of Undrael and utter it to near complete destruction, Armen musters what forces remain and pushes the invaders away at the same time as the Fourth Storm occurred and split the land into many pieces.
It is later revealed that Armen is actually the daughter of Lithia and Arkin, but she used her Storm to travel to the past and create a timeline where the world wasn't in ruin, which what would have happened if the Dreadlords of the Aftergone had taken over Undrael.
Arkin exiles himself to the remants of his people that were sent to the new lands in the north, Lithia raised young Armen until she was 16, then she sent her off to be taught by old Armen.
The storyline of Lunaria was going to be used more in depth, but I decided to just make it Arkin meditating and teaching people. There was also supposed to be a storyline made by my brother, but he gave up after the first week.
An interesting note, Armen is actually in my new fantasy story, if that even makes sense. This new story is a new world and all, but I still decided that Armen had too much potential to just be left to VotS, so a slightly different version of her is in my new story, so be on the look out for who it is.
Also, I forgot if I already wrote a Third or Fourth Storm, so I just wrote it here as the Fourth.
Thanks for reading me rambling with a keyboard for the last *checks watch* 3 hours.
