Ok, so, your SD card is locked and you accidentially broke the lock/unlock switch on your SD card. Here is how to unlock it.
1. How to tell if the SD card is locked: Ok, insert your SD card and go to 'Flipnote Hatena'. If it is locked a message will appear saying: "Your SD card is locked, please unlock your SD card and reinsert."
If this message does not appear, then your SD card is not locked.
2. How to unlock:
To unlock your SD card, tear a piece of paper off about 1/4 size of your SD card. Now, fold it up until it fits the missing space by the word: Lock→. Now, after doing so, tape that piece of paper into the missing space and make it fit EXACTLY! It is important that it fits. If it does not, your SD card could get stuck in your Computer/DSi/Wii.

You see, the SD card lock is there to keep others from using the SD card, but, if the lock switch is broken off, then it will stay locked (until you follow the steps above). You see, the SD card lock doesnt do anything to your SD card, just the device that it is inserted in. In every devices SD card slot, there is a part that pushes down onto the SD card, rendering the SD card "locked" if the switch is in the other direction then the part that pushes down cant because the SD card switch is in the way, rendering it "unlocked". If the switch is missing, then it is locked because the part is pushing down into the space rendering it "locked".
