Hey Brawlers out there, IronShadow here to bring you some awesome news. I've decided sinse SSBB is a very popular game played on SDK I should start a brawl series! This series will give you tips and strategies to take out your nemesis. It'll also help you point out your weaknesses and flaws in your brawling strategy. Well, onto the topic:
For our first lesson, we will start out with the basic control layout. The button layout will vary upon which controll you use and if the settings we're altered. To just make things simpler, I'll stick to Gamecube control default settings in my explanations.
You have your analog stick, D-pad,pause button, C-stick, Buttons A,B,X,Y,A, and Left and Right triggers. Each button corresponds to a certain movement or attack you use, the analog stick is for movement(and sometimes jumping), the D-pad is for taunts, the C-stick is to perform your smashes much easier, B is for your special (Direction of Analog stick will change the move), A is for your smash moves (Direction of the Analog stick will chamge with smash you use), X and Y are for jumping, Z is to grab people, The left and right triggers are for bringing out your shield.
Well, that basically covers the basic button layout, I will continue to write these tips as long as some people find them amusing and helpful, until next time.
