We're in an odd situation now, some of us would say there's a problem, and yet others claim nothings wrong, and act like every things fine.

To The Admins who realize change is in need. I'm asking that you help, help this wonderful site to survive through this rough time. Be mature about this, please. I am just one of the many admins who think more rules should be added. I think that F-bombs shouldn't be insta-ban worthy. Kids are growing up in a time when cursing and many gross things are normal in their lifestyle. A gentle nudge in the right direction wouldn't hurt. 75% of new members who drop the f-bomb and get insta-banned never return to the site. And it's pretty easy to know why, it's an ugly word. But couldn't we have some sympothy for the noobs? Yes, they should have read the rules. But seriously? The word is natural, kick 'em, warn 'em, just let them know the word isn't allowed here, and show them the site rules. (/rules)

If we all work together to enforce this, the banlist will be shorter, and the chatrooms more plentiful. That would help.

Now to refresh ourselves with what is ban worthy, and what isn't.

Banning:
1. Give one warning first, before a ban, with these exceptions, they mean ban right away:
- Linking adult web sites
- Linking adult content photos
- Death threats
2. Reasons for warning/banning:
- Cussing, this includes acronyms)
- Vicious attacks against another member
- Cybering in the general chats (Note, when it comes to cybering in pms you may use your own discretion)
- Spamming, this means repetitive use of commands, typing in all caps or repeating the same or similar words over and over again
3. When you ban someone please give a reason why, if you ban anyone without giving a reason, they will be unbanned.
If you abuse your admin powers, and we find any of you cursing, a little slip up here and there is ok, but I mean deliberately changing a word so it can be read without being starred, One of us (mean the overlords) will review the incident, and decide from there.

Notice, Vicious attacks against another member. As an admin, you are considered a member. If someone is bothering you, ignore it. If they message you, ignore it. (unless they are trying to make peace) Just don't ban, please..

Not only will this help you, but it will make others have more respect for you. They'll be thinking,"Now there's someone who can control him/her self." You are a role model for members, that includes everyone. If you can show you have what it takes to be mature and reasonable, you are a FINE admin in my opinion.

This little bit is for the overlords, we understand you are busy. You have a life, that we understand. You work and make money to provide food for your families. But, sometimes you don't know what happens here when you are gone. Everything from idiotic bans, to stupid arguements between admins. Things that may never be resolved without your help. But one thing you need to know is that some of the admins that help out the most, are not getting what they deserve. Some admins work their butts off, and are left with nothing but disappointment. While others get the special treatment. Jealousy? Probably, but it's also for fairness. Life isn't fair. We don't expect everything we think we deserve, but it isn't a great feeling watching ourselves get passed by slowly.

There are a number of other things that I hope will be mentioned later on. But for now, this is all I want put up.
