Angels fly above us
Butterflies roam around us
Beautiful sunshine on our backs

We are one
We are human
What is there to hate

We argue
We fight
Purposely hurt
One another
With all our might

Baby deer roaming the woods
Baby bird learning to fly
Beautiful stars in the sky

A child with no parents
A family with no home
A father away in war
Not there to see
His daughter born

A mom with cancer
Not there to see
Her son's graduation

A woman gets her husbands gun
Shoots her one & only son

What is wrong with
Our world today
Our earth is so
Full of hate

A beautiful rainbow in the sky
Now I've gotta ask why
Our world is so hateful

Because the man is gay
Because the woman is Jewish
Because the baby is sick

Why hurt that man
Because he's different
Get to know him
You might like him

With a worls so hull of war
No wonder my heart is sore
