Hey! I just "invented" a way to put the "Phone", "SMS", "Camera", "iPod", and "Messaging" apps onto an iPod Touch, which is originally impossible without Jailbreaking.
This does NOT require a Jailbreak or a computer.
I just want to point out: THE APPS ARE NOT REAL. They look realistic on the menu, but this is just a fun way to fool your friends into thinking you have an iPhone.
How to install:
1. Go onto the app store on your iPod and download an app called MyClips.
2. After installation, launch mobile Safari.
3. Type in this URL: "http://www.iconarchive.com/category/application/iphone-icons-by-judge.html".
4. Scroll down until you see the icon set.
5. Tap the name of the icon you want to install.
6. On the next page, go down to "Other sizes" and choose the size "32x32px".
7. It will take you to the raw png image. Copy the URL and exit Safari.
8. Launch MyClips. Tap the tab "Photo" and hit "Move to front".
9. In the URL textbox, paste the url. Resize the image as needed (Don't move the x and y axis parts!)
10. When completed, tap "Add to Home Screen". Safari will open with a new page.
11. Tap the "+" icon and click "Add to Home Screen".
12. You will be prompted for a name. Enter in the app name (Phone icon would be 'Phone', Texting icon would be 'SMS', ect.)
13. Your app will be added to the Home Screen! Repeat as needed until all iPhone apps are installed.
Your done!
If you have any questions, leave them in the comments. Thank you!
