The Last Song Movie Review
-Starting Actors in The Last Song Are Miley Cyrus and her current boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Miley Cyrus is mostly known for being an actress in the hit disney show Hannah Montanna and she is a singer/song writer her role in the Last Song was a big differnce from her normal acting career with Disney. In The Last Song Miley Plays a teenage girl named Ronnie. Ronnie is having to face her new home lifestyle because both her parents are newly divorced . With the newely divorced occuring Ronnie becomes really aggreviated and starts to act up due to the anger she starts to steal from famous stores in New York .
Ronnie's Mom(Kelly Preston) decides she needs a break from Ronnie and her younger brother so she can get back to wedding prepartions with her new boyfriend. So she decides to send there kids with there dad for the whole summer. When Ronnie found out the news about her summer plans she freaked out she begged to stay put at hom but her mother insisted she spend time with her father. She was very unpleased ever since the newly divorced Ronnie has not kept contact with her father because she still has anger tords him for moving far away and leaving the family.
As the movie goes more in depth we learn that Ronnie use to play the piano and got accepted into Julie Arts but she declines the amazing opporutnie due to her anger tords her father because her father was the one who taught her how to play . Her father trys to convice her to go because he knows playing the piano is her passion and she should not sacrifice the great opporuntie due to her short term anger. Ronnie gets into an argument with her father and simply leaves the house for fresh air and goes to a local fair where she meets her future lover Marcus.
As Ronnie is walking into the fair Marcus accidently bumps into her and drops her milkshake all over him. Ronnie flips out on him and simply leaves to go find a new shirt as she bumps into her new to be friend Blaze. Marcus and Ronnie keep running into eachother after the day of the fair and after the 2nd date they simply make out and already say i love you . I belive the movie should have had more of a connection between the two the romance was to quick and made it very unbelievable. The Last Song was quoted to be just as the Notebook comparing the Last Song to the Notebook is quite a laughter .
Im a girl so when i see Romantic Movies i simply wish for a romance like the movies and Ronnies relationship with Marcus did not make me wish for that love or even make me shed a tear of happiness. I give the movie 2 stars out of 5 stars the book is much better. The Only Reason This Movie was a hit in the box office because Miley Cyrus is a A list celebrity.
