Q4Vermillion)Have you ever had to banned a friend if so did they forgive you or did you lose them?-I've banned a couple of people.I consider everyone my friend unless they give me a reason otherwise.Im forgiven as I know I dont like banning and never will.But it's a job that needs to be done for the website this site is family friendly.

Q5Electric)How do you feel when members try to defend their friends who just got banned?-I feel horrible but i try to help them understand my point of view and that the banned was needed and cannot be reversed.

Q6RedMist):When people complain to helpdesk,Sav Or Hull about admins how do you feel?-I find it upsetting because members dont understand that we have to be trusted by Sav,Hull and other admins 100% and when members complain it just makes Danny do extra work to check previous chat entrys to make sure the admins banned was fair and needed and most of the time admins are right

* I hope by reading my blog SDK members get a better feel on what the job of adminiship really is and that it is not EASY what so ever please give Admins more respect and credit for what they do feel free to leave comments.

**If your intersted in becoming an admin i asked Hull what he looks for in an admin his response was "I look for members who take an active part on the website to stand out,and I look for members who have intelligent use of grammar and MOST IMPORTANT members who do not beg to be admins
