Gameshows are not part of it. You have to become a certain type of admin to host them.
To get out of Secret Member level, you post on the BB, get profile comments, comment on stuff, make paintings...etc. Anything in the 'Box of Awesomeness' that they keep count of is the stuff that you should bump up. You'll be out in no time. >;D
