xD Okay, I know that most of you probably already know how to wash your hands. But below instuctions tell you how to REALLY wash your hands.

1. Wet your hands with warm water

2. Apply Soap [it's better to use bath soap instead of the so called 'hand soap']

3. Lather soap and rub your hands from palm to palm. For at least 15 seconds

4. Don't forget to rub in between and around your fingers

5. Rub the back of each hand with the palm of the other hand

6. Rub the fingertips of each of your hands in the opposite palm [so if im rubbing the fingertips of my left hand, i should rub them into my right palm]

7. Rub each of your thumbs clasped in your opposite hand

8. Rinse your hands thoroughly under warm, running water

9. Pat hands dry with a paper towel

10. Turn off water using the paper towel

11. Your hands are now safe! =D
