Buzzing
I fly
Zipping
I flit

When you see me
You think
'EWW!'
And swat bitterly

The light is ecstasy
Glowing endlessly
I just cant grab it
Make it belong to me

I wish without end
For a family and friends
To keep me away
From monsters like you

I evade
Watching for you
Hiding up high
On the ceiling fan

Never sleeping
My tiny heart
Beating violently
Knowing the danger

The night is cold
But oh so young
I need the warmth tonight
Shivering violently until death
