I only want one wish to-night,
Before I fall to sleep in dim light,
For if I am to die to-morow,
I need this wish to create sorrow;
I want the breaking light,
To be the most beautiful sight,
And all the women and men,
Will behold it and never again,
Shall they see this joyful glow,
That shines upon that morning so,
This day won't be my worst,
Hence my day shall be as one of birth,
I'll be reborn as new as the moon,
Is ev'ry night like an unnoticed tune,
With such an essence and glorious face,
He smiles upon us with merciful grace,
So answer please, to this prayer of mine,
And shape it not to make it thine,
All that I ask for such a dream,
Should not be tampered with, no rips by the seams,
For to-morow day I hope to live,
The greatest life there is to give.
