This is my letter to Nintendo regarding the Nintedon WII Homebrew.
Lord Zeus says:
Dear Nintendo,
I am a user of Homebrew on my wii. I only use it to run a buissness to help the people who don't have that much money on Animal Crossing City Folk. I don't like that you will brick my and other's WII because we want to help people out. We use it so we can give people 100,000,000bells to the people who really need it. I've bought every system that you all have made [including to buying the 3DS]. Can you all please look into this so that others won't be scared. My friend sold his WII because Nintendo bricked his because he updayed with homebrew.
Thank you.
Nintendo says:
Hello,
Thank you for writing. Because your Wii console has been modified using homebrew software , I need to let you know that if you should ever have a problem with it—no matter what the warranty status might be—we will be unable to repair it. Because we do not repair modified Wii consoles, your only option will be to replace the unit.
The reason for this is hardware and software modifications involve the use of products that have not been licensed or tested by Nintendo. Because of this, we cannot know the complete impact these modifications have had on the system. It's also important to note that once a system is modified, we have no way of getting it back to its original state, even if you were to remove the software. For this reason, we have no way of guaranteeing the system will be compatible with future updates and products.
Sincerely,
Nintendo of America Inc.

What is your take on this? I think they jumped past my message. Post your thoughts.
Hmm.. thats something you'd see Ninty do. It was probably an already composed response that is sent to anyone that says they have Homebrew. I also have homebrew, and I do some favors for my friends. Technicaly, Hombrew CAN be completely erased be using a Homebrew app. Look it up -_-.
