1. AdvanceMap
2. AdvanceText
3. AdvanceStarter
4. PKMN Emerald ROM (.gba)
5. Gameboy Advance emulator
It may seem like a bunch of stuff, but it's well worth it.
Explination:
AdvanceMap is a program to edit the tilesets of a GBA Pokemon ROM.
AdvanceText is a program to edit what people, signs, and more say.
AdvanceStarter is a program to change the starter Pokemon
The ROM is what you will change
The emulator will be used to test your game.
