Sometimes them books are just the point of view of the author.

Oh,ok but I got this out of a book....So its not my opinion of course I didn't copy it word for word....

GOLDEN RETRIEVER: Exceptionally smart and active. Bred to retrieve things from the water. The miniature variety may have been used for truffle hunting.

GERMAN SHEPHERD: The world's leading police, guard, and military dog -- and a loving family companion and herder.

This list varies among dog experts, some experts saying that the Labrador Retriever is smarter then the Golden Retriever, so that is not really a fact, that's more based on who you ask or where you read the information.


BEST FUR: some would argue that the Saluki's fur is better, so the 'fact' that you put is more based on opinion.

LEADER: It mainly depends on the breed, environment, & upbringing, but as for big dogs it would be a Rottweiler or Italian Greyhound, for smaller dogs it would be most any dog in the terrier group.

HAPPIEST TAIL WAGGER: true...but again, this is more based on opinion.
