I lay on my bed, thinking over the events last night. I remembered Gabriel's kiss, and- oh, yeah. Psh. I remembered what SCARLET had to say about it.
"Dana, you're to young, it's not right to just go kissing guys, and you're to young to truly understand love," had basically been her message. I smiled and replied,"oh, Scarlet. Why don't YOU get a boyfriend?"
I recollected her sighing exhaustedly and finishing with, "i'll be praying for you."
I laughed as i thought about it. "Pray? I don't get why I need prayer. My life's great and i'm perfectly happy. Scarlet's always talking religion to me; it get's annoying!"
Suddenly my aunt burst into my room. She looked very, VERY angry. That's rare for her so it caught my attention.
"DANA EMMERS! YOUNG LADY WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
I was puzzled. But her tone made me angry. She was YELLING at ME.
"What the heck are you talking about?" I retorted.
"You've spent EVERYTHING in your checking account! EVERYTHING! That's bad enough but THEN you go and spend half of MINE!!"
I rolled my eyes. "Gosh, you make it sound like the end of the world."
"It's very irresponsable number one, it shows lack of self control number two, and you STOLE from me number three! Don't you even care?"
I sat bolt upright and glared angrily at her. "I'm not irresponsable! I didn't steal! I have more self control than YOU!"
She stomed up to me. "Dana, you will either return those uneeded clothes to the store or I will have future control over your money."
She stormed out of the room then called over her shoulder, "AND you will pay me back!"
I fell back on my pillows. I cussed at her under my breath.
I did NOT want to return those clothes and she would NOT tell me what to do.
I laughed bitterly. "Yeah right i'm gonna' return them."
I hated my aunt. She just bossed me around ALL THE TIME.
Then a thought came to my mind. I slowely smiled.
"Hmm... why not?" I mumbled.
"-Revenge sounds good to me."
