Here are some free webhosting sites.I will post what does more where to upload files and create catagorys and forums.

000webhost.com pretty good 2problems though. It takes forever to get a theme. you cannot upload downloaded forum software that allows u to have forums for it. It just says forbidden on the page. when you get to cpanel there are many things site email,my sql,ftp etc.

orangeserve very bad. I cant figure out the cpanel big difference.

smfforfree.com extremely good you can change theme in admin,install many diff things. but no upload only on the topics. to install catagorys go to forus-boards everything else is easy to put topics go to ur site the forum u want it in [after signed in as admin select new topic.

invisionfree pretty much the same only nicer themes get them from the web or make ur own and look in admin cp bar scroll down until u see new catagory forum etc.

zetabards same as invisionfree takes longer to make theme 1css thme easy to take from u again find themes online.
