Ok here I'm going to tell you how to do these on iPod touch .if your an I phone owner and a iPod touch owner here is what you need to do.first go to the app store and serch this(emoj free) find the one with the picture of these  emoj.it's free on iPod touch and iPhone too.then follow these steps when you downloaded emoj free.1.go to settings then go to general.2.go to keybored and look for japanese.it should say emojs slide it to say yes then you could do this on dsipsint or dsihub or any chat websites.Now you could do this  there's alot of emojs to pick from.
