Have you noticed the text scrolling on top of your screen (such as: "DSiPaint: games and apps for the DSi Browser"? That is a head tag. To add this to a web page, simply put the following tag:
<title>Text</title>
Where the word "text" is, you put what you want to appear instead. This is key to making your site look professional. Without it, all that will display is the URL.
