Ok, well, first I highly recommend this game. It's addicting. Now, for the review.
Gameplay: Spirit Tracks has LOTS of gameplay. It's a puzzle/action game, so there's some easy parts, and some that only Einstein could solve. I would get stuck for 20 minutes sometimes, having to search the web for help. It is controlled like Phantom Hourglass, as in Link follows your stylus. The train is also very fun to drive. It has 360* view, obviously. Simply tap where you want to shoot. The Phanton is pretty easy to control, I saw some videos on youtube, and they were having trouble controlling the possesed Phantom. It has a pretty good story.
Graphics: Mostly everything is 3-D models. Some things aren't, but they still fit in pretty well. Some textures are pixeled, but not too bad. It is mainly just the mountains, hills, and skies. The animations are smooth, but I think I may have gotten some lag when surrounded by trains and enemies.
Sound: I like the sound, especialy the music. Just, when riding the rails, theres only 2 songs. So, the get kinda old after a while. It's still very up-beat and well played though. There are only a couple sound-effects, but they don't get old. A thing I like, is the Spirit Flute. Whether making up music or getting health, I think it's pretty entertaining.
Conclusion: Spirit Tracks is my favorite DS game, with lots of content, just not that much replay value. Unless you must get every stamp, chest, train part, rabbit, or railroad part.
that game is overated, i got no challenge out off it, i didn`t even get the main zelda theme with the triforce. however its still fun to play as a game in general, but for a zelda lover, not so much
I beat the game, got 50 bunnies, all stamps, every chest, every treasure, Diamond Member [Beedle], and still have the freebie and quadruple points card!
