It is I, Szabo Xavier Pintergast, here to teach you about a project going on now that you may be interested in.
The Maasai Music Project is a ground-breaking project that connects us to the natives of Africa. With its founder Daniel Grigson, it is the first time anything like this has ever happened in history. Allow me to explain.
Back in 2007, Daniel Grigson, a 7th grade science teacher in Westlake Ohio, decided to create the Environmental Club at Lee Burneson Middle School. The first members became the foundation of inspiration and progress that led us to this project. After 4 years in the group, Dan wanted to help the world in a way no one else has ever tried, he went to Africa with some friends and met with the Maasai of Nairobi Kenya. They bonded like lifelong friends immediately and wanted to be part of the Environmental Club. Last Summer, Dan took 9 members of the club back to the Maasai and they collaberated on a Music CD and a documentary that showed their journey, and it became the first step to the MMP.
