The intros pretty much explain the reason of the game to the characters. Each one has it's own intro, which is awesome.
Controls
What I liked about the game is that you control 3 characters in each level. Each one has a diffrent types, e.g.: Team Sonic has Sonic for the speed type, Knuckles for the power type, and Tails for the fly type.There's also an extra team, the "Super" team, which fights against Metal Sonic.
Sounds
The sounds are epic. They fit with each level and place. And the game supports 3D sounds, too.
Levels
The levels are well designed, and each level has a bonus level, where you either have to race an emerald, or race to the finish. And if you finish ALL the stages in EACH team with all As, you'll unlock the superhard mode. It's the same as the main levels, but much, much harder.
Overall
It's a really good Sonic game, and I'd recommended it to any Sonic fan to get this game. It's plainly epic.
