Ok, if you've noticed, there's no comment box on everyones profile. DO NOT FREAK OUT. Apparently Hull found vulgar comments on profiles and decided this is the end of it.
Because of users taking advantage of a good thing, we can no longer regularly comment on profiles. Can I still comment? Of course! It'll just involve a little more effort. To do this, go to your friends list and you'll notice a section on the bottom titled "people who have added me" You see there names, but across from their names are a thumbs up and a thumbs down sign. Thumbs up is to accept the friend request, thumbs down is to decline. Adding someone and getting added by that same person allows you to comment on their profiles and allows you to mail them. There are positives and negatives to this but we'll get used to it! Thanks!
I greatly dislike this.
The ability to randomly comment something such as "Howdy!" on someone's profile is one of those things that makes someone's day better. But to be denied that ability. This is like a prison.
A million other people right next to you, and you don't know their name.
Some of my friends aren't here anymore but I like to go to their profiles and give them updates in case of their return but how do I do that if I can't comment UNTIL they return?
I'm displeased with this update.
I might quit altogether because, what is the point of being here if I can't speak with my favorite people?
