When Sandy came back from her shopping, Luke stood up. "Where's my stuff?"
"These are for Brian," replied Sandy.
"Aww come on!" Luke exclaimed. "Just buy me something already!"
Brian was at the DVD player. "Thanks, Sandy."
Karen looked at the DVDs that were on the DVD player. "Something Island," she read. "This looks like a good movie." She decided to put the movie in.
"Uh... Sandy..." Luke said. "There's something wrong with the DVD player."
"It's doing fine, Luke," said Brian.
The movie was playing.
"No, look at this--" Then Luke paused. "SOMETHING ISLAND?! That's my favorite movie!"
"I didn't put that movie in," said Brian.
"I don't know what you guys are talking about," said Sandy.
"Yeah, 'cause you're not a Preston!" exclaimed Luke. "You're no fun. I'll call Drew instead."
Karen was looking for the home phone. She found it near the TV and gave it to Luke.
"Hey!" yelled Luke. "The phone's floating!"
"Are you crazy?" asked Sandy.
"No, he's not." replied Brian. "There is probably a ghost in here."
No one knew that Karen was in the house.
Luke held the phone, hoping Drew would be on the other line. "Hey."
"Oh, hi." It was a young woman's voice. "Who's this?"
"Luke, Drew's friend," replied Luke.
"I'm Caterina," the woman replied. "Drew's sister."
Karen remembered encountering a Caterina 23 years ago in a store called Worm*it. That must be her, she thought.
Drew began to talk to Luke. "Oh, yeah. You should see my new old truck."
"You mean you just bought a 1980s truck?" Luke asked.
"Yep," replied Drew.
"All right," said Luke. "I'll see it tomorrow."
