Here is how to mail with a non friends.
Step 1: The ID
• Go to the persons home page.
•After when its done loading
-Press Start
-Press "Go To Page"
-Look for a 1 to 10 ID number
-Write it down
Step 2: Message Composer
•On the home page mail a random person.
•Do this...
-Press Start
-Press "Go to Page"
-Change the ID Number at the end to the ID Number you want.
Wala just follow these steps and you can message any body you want.
If you spam or mail a person that doesn't know you you will be handled by an admin and will be charged with what ever an admin does to handle some thing.
