The sky is the limit. Disney has proved that is incorrect time and time again, with innovative attractions such as Mision Space, Journey To The Center Of The Earth, Tower Of Terror...the list goes on and on..But. What's next?
The Blue Sky
Disneyland:
Innoventions... Considered the worst Disneyland Attraction ever made, and is even more horrible considering it replaced one of Disneyland's most well recieved attractions: The Carousel of Progress.
Future ideas have been rumored to replace this attraction. One idea pitched it to install a Rockin' Roller Coaster Clone, with the theme of being shot into the Interwebs. Other themes and coaster ideas have been pitched, most prominently, a TRON Lightcycle Coaster. Unfortunately, TRON Legacy underpreformed in theaters, ending the chance of a TRON coaster.
Another idea was to use Kuka Robocoaster Technology to make an Incredibles Coaster, this ide was scratched in favor of Carsland.
California Adventure:
Since Carsland is well underway being constructed, new rumors have surfaced. Redwood Chhallenge, a giant ropes-n-slides nature area is said to be the next target...
A nature mine train style ride is supposedly planned somewhere in the next 6-7 years. Possible themes include a rampagng grizzly, which could make the ride have a similar backwards effect as Expedition Everest at the Animal Kingdom in Walt DisneyWorld.
The Hollywood area is being transformed into a 1930's vision of Hollywood, and will include one E Ticket Attraction that will be located in the old "Who Wants To Be A Millionare" Soundstage. Originally, thi wad to be a west coast Rockin' RollerCoaster, starring No Doubt.
Lastly, Maliboomer, a triple shot twor ride was removed this year to make rooler for a new darkride in 2015.
