Nintendo ever since the DS and DS lite Nintendo has been using Opera to run their browser it started off with the DS line and is now ending with it, on account of the 3DS will use the NetFront browser for it which has been used by Sony's PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3. When Nintendo started using Opera it was run on the DS, DS lite, Wii and DSi each one was had something one for the other versions didn't, for the DS and DS lite the owner had to go out and by the browser which came with added memory that you plug into the GBA slot, it was a really slow browser if you compare it to the DSi browser you would think it was Tortoise and the Hare in real life when the Hare actually wins. The Wii browser is the best browser out of all them flash support is the main reason people flock to it and the fact that you can use a keyboard which is good for fast typers. With the DSi browser you can see if you are on DSiPaint how it functions same with WiiOperaSDK if you're using that it is spectacular.
The 3DS browser doesn't work like Google Chrome though it's something that you may relish the same. If Nintendo decides to use NetFront's newest browser this baby may have a high Speed JavaScript Engine with markups like cHTML, HTML 5(partially though), stylesheets consisting of CSS1, CSS2.1, CSS3 (partial again), CSS MP1, With security (which is a good thing)it has SSL3/TLS1.0
and Crypto modules. Some of the main features will be listed here and you will jaw dropping if you never experienced this before, tabbed multi-window support, just like Opera on Wii visual Bookmarks, as seen in a past trailer continuously adjustable Zooming and or animated Zoom. Going on a road trip can give you offline browsing and page/image saving, streaming download could be a feature that works well with the multitasking function. As for extensions somethings we can expect are a document viewer that allows for .pdf files and Microsoft Offices files like word, excel, and power point.
When it comes to the NetFront browser on gaming devices only people that poses a PlayStation Portable or a PlayStation 3 can only admit if the browser works for any of the SDK websites owned by HullBreach which will help develop 3DSPaint as this blog may potentially do. With this new information 3DSPaint maybe the better part of the of WiiOperaSDK and DSiPaint. When I first experienced the PlayStation 3 browser I was a bit of a multitasker and was playing some of inFamous and switching between the two it was a great experience that could be the better part of browser and here's a plus side the Playstation 3's browser is an old version so if what I described was true then the 3DS' browser could be one of the greatest or the greatest gaming console browser. When wondering why Nintendo is taking so long with the eShop and browser you should now know that both of them are different and is doing what Nintendo has never done before.

Takis, YouTube can use HTML5 video, too. Flash is a dinosaur that is slowly dying. It's a proprietary format that requires specific development tools. Many developers are salivating over the thought of broader HTML5 video support and what it means for the future of the Internet.
By the way, NetFront 4.0 came out last October. If I am not mistaken, 3.5 was used for the PSP and PS3. Access, the company that makes NetFront, has claimed a 20x increase in JavaScript speeds between versions!
I'd never even heard of NetFront before reading about it this evening. It looks like the browser is about on par with the newest Opera Mobile and iOS Safari browsers used on smart phones today. Now that we know who is making the browser, we just need to learn the capabilities of it. Since the Nintendo 3DS will be about the power of a smart phone, there probably won't be much stripped from the browser. We saw considerable feature removal for all the Opera versions on Nintendo's past syatem. For example: Opera Mobile 9.5, of which the Nintendo DSi Browser is a basis, was an amazing browser when it came out. It blew away every other mobile browser at the time with its support for AJAX, canvas, fast tab swapping, speed dial, and more. Now that every mobile browser (except Pocket IE) has pushed beyond the capabilities of 2 years ago, a new bar must be set for the Nintendo 3DS. Let's hope they don't disappoint us!
Since I am building 3DSPaint to be W3C compliant, there will probably be just minor tweaks to the final version. I will continue down the same path I am now. If the browser has support for HTML5 video, HTML5 audio, or some form of 3D, I will have to add completely new areas to the website. Otherwise, everything is still on track for the release.
i hope it comes with a mini keyboard that gets plugged in vià charger.and, i hope itll work good with games like bloons tower defence 1, 2, 3, 4, and 4 extensions.omg, itll be AWESOME!

it wouldve taken a genius to come up with the idea we should change opera to somthing else c'mon nintendo yoir better than that think god dangit THINK!
It's good for people that hunger for flash and bad for Hull since he has to do reboot on 3DSPaint although these features may make it look better on the 3DS let's wait for May if it even gets refined by then.
