This world is strange, new plants, new people to meet, life is full of surprises, but it can also get you down, or stressed out, when i'm stressed out it's really hard to calm myself down, so what i do is...clean my face,yes that is what i do...to me the nice sensation of having that nice shower feel on my face without getting myself completely wet, i'm always calm after a shower but i can't always take one, so cleaning my face replaces it and makes me feel a lot better, wat about you? Everyone has something that calms them down, but what is it really doing for you? my way, well it can possibly dehydrate my skin if i use it too often (which i don't) that old paper bag technique? Well, we all know we exhail Carbon Dioxide, and that it can be harmful, so what is that bag really doing? making you woosy that's for sure, now don't stress over something that calms stress, there is one simple thing you can do: punch a pillow, it's fun, works effectively and you blow off any anger you have as well, just think about it, practically ever other one has a bad side to it, though you may use it anyway, but still, you don't need to just lie ypur head on your pillow...you can punch it too
