Ok guys I need your help in this. Read it all the way through I promise we can all make a difference! Lately it has come to my attention that you don't all know about depression so I'm here to inform you.
Depression is not a way of feeling sorry for yourself, a way to Handel feelings, emo, wrong, gross, bad, shameful, or something to be looked down upon. So what is depression? Its a medical condition of unbalanced chemicals in the brain.
I know It might be hard to believe or to accept, but it's the truth. People who look down at depression as a strange thing or a reason to excluded people are terrible people who are wrong. Your still amazing, so please talk to someone about it if you can.
First of all you should know that before you tell anyone what's your going through there are people called "mandated repotres who legally are obligated to tell the cops or possibly your parents if they find out that you me be harming yourself. Examples of this people would be: the police, teachers, medical people, doctors, and others. Just ask before you tell. Know that there is hope for you as you are not alone.
