In the midsts of time, Two souls collied, I reach out and you're not there, I gues you left my side.

I don't want to talk, Because everyone's there, I don't want to run, So I just stand and stare.

In my own shadow is where I hide, No other place so transparent, I try so hard not to cry, But sometimes it's to appearent.

I isolate myself to prevent more hurt, But what you see is what you get, I'm sorry I'm not what you want, I'm sorry I'm not perfect.

Misery knocks on my door, I'm petrified to answer, Because when you left you took away, Everything about her.

You left me broken you left me scared, Alone and thrown away, I still remember that feeling inside, When you looked in my eyes to say;

"You're beautiful my love, Everything i need, For I am so lucky, When it's very clear to see,

An angel from above, Is in my arms this moment, I promise to never let go!" Remember what that meant?

Obviously to the fact, You left for another girl, Left me hurt and corrupted, So I sat in the corner in a ball I would curl.

To the depths of any ocean, To the height of any cloud, I remeber you said forever, Ohh how you were so proud.

And when you told me what had happend, I was so offended, You were with her just one night, The night you and I ended.

I didn't run from you, I walked away slowly, What hurt the most, You didn't bother to stop me.

You watched me leave, As each step hurt more, So, I took my turn, Headed towards the closed door.

Two years since that day, And I still miss you, I found true love, I thought you did too.

But things change, People move on, I will never forget, The memories so fond.

Two years ago it happened, Seems like just yesterday, I still feel broken, Like I did that day.

I'll never know what I meant to you, But I know what you mean to me, I praise I had you in my grasp, For a few days gratefully.
